The last GPM on stage 2 seems to be a bit off, meaning not on the the top of the hill. Is that intentional?

It looks to be in the downhill though?

Btw, deleted some races starting from the day after tomorrow, todays participation with 5 times plus free it seems was pretty horrible, so only 4 1 day race editions per day. Some times changed too.

Thanks for being so attentive, but I am not sure that this is the right strategy. For one-day races, less editions does not necessarily increase participation per race. For example, somebody who can only ride in the morning, simply will not ride if there is no morning edition...

Also, we use that as an argument, when we cut tour editions: "If you cannot ride the tour, you can ride one-day races." But if there is not even a one-day race at my time slot? I'd say morning, afternoon, early evening, evening, late evening still consitute their on time slot. In fact, morning and afternoon have the biggest problems in terms of participation in one-day races. And these are very seperate groups. Usually people who play while working or people in a different time zone.

By the way, I am saying that as a person who had to ride a race with 2 (!) participants today. But still, if you have time and you want to ride... it's usually better to have a small race than no race.

Honestly, at the point where we have to cut one-day races down to less than 5 editions... it is high time! We need to get more players! That has to be the priority.

1 pavé, as la flamme rouge suggests (didn't check with google street, since google maps regularly makes my computer explode....)
Pavé-Downhill combi until -2, the bug starts at -3, so should be no problem. Unless it evolved....

Let's talk about VSR (Very Short Races), some call some Criterium. Well, Criterium is not always very short, just one lap in a Criterium is very short, so not perfect way to describe. I'd say, everything below 80km is a VSR.

So these VSR's, which we include more often now, I don't like them. It can increase participation, yes. But usually they are really boring, especially once people understand how to ride them, super boring... and then with the sprint system... well, if the sprint system was great, VSR's maybe could be great, too... but ok, I ACCEPT VSR's. They can increase particaption. Everything that increases participation, we need to give it a try.

However, one suggestion to the calender management: Can we maybe put the VSR's on weekdays rather than weekends? From my experience, 90% of players play in the morning during work, in the afternoon during work or in the evening because they cannot play at work. Clearly, work plays a big role in people's life and in particular, in their time management. So typically during the week, people don't have too much time. They might like to ride a VSR while their boss is in a meeting or between their end of work and their gym class or between feeding the kids and making their wife (or their husband) happy. BUT, on the weekend, typically (yes, not always, but typically) people have more time. Maybe, if they need to buy groceries and it is summer and they are invited for barbecue and their car needs a wash and they need to watch a football game with friends... maybe not always. OK, but typically (!) they have more time on the damn weekend.

So please, can we please put VSR's on weekdays only? Otherwise we are destroying the fun of people, who like to ride a real race on the weekend, when they actually have time do that. (Nothing in this post relates to Down Under Classic of course^^.)

Oh, and by weekdays I probably mean Monday to Thursday. Friday evening already is sort of a weekend.
