As for GIRO I would go for safe times 9-14-18-20-23 and then adapt all the others from that, what you think?

not convince by 18-20-23 for Giro. Especially if it is to give midnight at TDF in July

Go from Giro then adapt clear.
On the "request" front, I'm for the Giro at 15h.

Hey,
Thanks for the early proposal. Please also everybody have a look at Giro stages.
First thoughts on proposal:
Parallel program to Giro is too full and too attractive. Basically, if it comes like that, I won't ride Giro. Also, May 2017 had much less parallel program. So I would only offer Yorkshire, Dunkerque, California, Belgique. Done. Really enough if you want to have any one-day races, too. Especially since we have not implemented prize money by category yet.
Just one personal add-on. I also suggest 15h for afternoon Giro. But it's a special case because the donkey and I are in another time zone (actually riding evening edition^^). So if many people want to ride 14h rather than 15h, ok of course.

Well, don't think our personal requests are special because of our time-zones same value as other requests, if more ask for 14h, then ok, 14h it should be.
On the less tours: Important then would be not to increase the editions. Either not at all, or just minimally. For example 2 Yorkshire stays 2 or goes to 3, certainly not to 4. I'd keep it at the number of times proposed now to be honest, but suspect more will be wanted.

At the moment Giro at 15: 2 Giro at 14: 0, I wait the weekend to finalize it.
At most at midnight I would give Vuelta, don't know this year but usually Giro has long stages that may end on the danger zone for 24h (moreover mintact usually is longer on GTs making stage longer).

Oh, to make it clear: I did not want to suggest anything like that. "Special" was just to mean "different" for me. I 100% agree, if more request 14h, it should be 14h.

I would prefer 14h, but 15h is okay too.

Donkey doing Fjords
Right now can't find any info about intermediates and GPMs, if nothing comes on til friday (plan to put it online then) I'll just guess, I guess?
Since the 3 one day races seem to be the same, the only thing needed for May at this point:
23-27 May 18 Baloise Belgium Tour 2.HC
30 May 18 - 03 Jun 18 Skoda-Tour de Luxembourg 2.HC
If somebody feels like it, go for it.

11 Belgium, 11 Luxembourg, ...
I understand that in the months of Giro, Tour and maybe Vuelta each team should be motivated to run these races, but not all (and this is my case) can effectively follow a 3-week run. It is not just a question of time, but a question of duration. So avoiding other small tours at the same times as the GT (9/10/15 ...) is not necessarily a good idea. But this is only my opinion.

Question of bugs... according to Luques more races at the same time increase the chances of bugs. So the least stuff with the same time is the safest way to avoid bugs.

I don't see that much of a problem.
If Belgium wouldn't be at 11, those riding at 11 would not have a tour during all the month.
And actually even if many people complains about 11, have to say that he had often better numbers/similar numbers to earlier editions, so I guess someone is interested even if probably it doesnt show that in the forum.
That said, 1 edition at 11 in 1 month I think is ok. Dunkerque was at 10, Giro at 9, I actually do not see any other possible combination without increasing the number of editions.
