For one day race looks enough easy, let's just design the race with the higher categoy. You can use the same for tours, with some exceptions because GTs so :

Looks we won't have big problem with one day race but it is another story with tours. There is a lot of 1 or HC, really too much for the few people there is actually on RSF, so I suggest to keep only HC tours for next month but :

1/ Dunkerque and California overlap, looks not bad to start Dunkerque one day earlier.
2/ Bayern and Belgium the same date. Add Giro and 1 day race looks clear that one should move on another date, but there is no free date to put one of them earlier. So I suggest that for the tours calendar :

Belgium and Bayern at the same time you 4 fields for both you can be sure we won't have more than 8 teams / fields, with some with only 2-3 guys, not sure it is really what we need. Maybe we can try 3 fields for both, but 6 fields + 5 fields for Giro + one day race...it makes already a lot.

last year, where we had a lot more teams playing rsf, the participation wasn't that big...and this year it would be laughable cause we have maybe half of the players of last year?
last year: Bayern(7,10,17,12) and Belgium(5,11,11,8)
