Dec tour ok, although I hope it will be til the 18th

Don't forget GP di Brescia, cat 3. 3rd would be perfect. Unless you feel it's too cold of course

And why not add another 4-5 day tour after the Andes, before the Dec Tour? From the 28th/29th to the 2nd/3rd, 4-5 days maybe even 6, you have enough good tours that would fit. Volta Rio, Tunisie, Marrakesh, Kyushu (the one by SM), Scotland, NRW, Morocco..

Maybe it´s possible to set this little tours like colombia or zyprus during the week without a raceday on the weekend?

Monday to friday would be perfect. It´s impossible for me to ride on the weekend...

Thx,

It had been possible for Colombia but it is now too late to change.
I ´ll try to make it next time I program a 4 days tour.

GP Brescia today

9
13
17
19
21
23

That despite the fact that the afternoon on saturdays is simply one of the strongest time. Regularly.
26th of November: 14 h 37 18 26, 20 28, the others didn't even get a split. Rest of November was the anti-afternoonschedule with 13-17 again. Beginning to complicated with 2 different races.
Or lets see october, Emilia, saturaday: 16: 26 teams. Strongest time .followed by 12 24 and 19 22, split somehow... the 2 evening times, 21-23 no split.
Lombardia? Grr, shit, only 13, weakest time. 10h-17, 15h-13, 18h-15 21h-15
Japan cup like that better. 12h-29, 15h 34 18h 32, 20h-25 22h-25

And I could go on and on and on. As you know I'm good at that
Very often, 14-16 are the times that have MOST users on saturday. Not always, see Lombardia, but very often. Of course that's partly because 18-20-22 and 19-21-23 split it between those 3 times. Still.. while on weekdays the afternoon can in no way compete with the evening, on saturday it can.
so WHY do you have the fix idea of making 13-17-19? Yes, 13-17 are well visited too. today 13h 30, 17h 27. 19h 22 21h right now 24 inscribed. 23h right now 8, will increase I guess.

Why cut the afternoon, which is still 14-16 so often on saturady, even though if it's there it's often nr 1? And why the insistence of having 17-19-21-23 and things like that? every 2 hours in the evening, but NOTHING in the real RSF afternoon.

you have to adapt that on saturdays. There the evening, even combined 21-23 actually isn't stronger than for example the combination 12-15. But you still offer 21-23 all the time. PLUS 19 as well.

The numbers? I go on in another way.
Today 77 starters before 18. Right now 57 after (will increase, 23 not started yet)
19.11 with that 13-17 etc system 67 pre, 64 after
12.11 same system, 100 pre, 88 after
05.11 2 different races 9-11-13-15-17-19-20-22-23: 117 pre 18, 69 after. Once the day has similar conditions to the evening, races every 2 hours and what happens, the day DESTROYs the evening.

you have to adapt, too often we have
9-13-17-19-21-23

even though there is no reason to offer a race every 2 hours on a saturady from 17 on.

What's wrong with
9-12-15-18-21-23/24? Use something like that occasionally, yes.
10-13-16-19-21/22-24?
9-12-14-17-20-23`? Oh horror, 4 before 18. why not. Most of the time there ARE more people who actually want to ride at those times on saturdays.
10-14-16-19-21-23? Why not. Let's see if the afternoon can even fill 2 times.

But no, we get 9-13-17-19-21-23. Which of all the possibilites I wrote down before, is the worst. It leaves otu the time, 14-16, that very often get's the highest participation numbers, When it's offered, which unfortunatley doesn't happen all that often.

SATURDAY IS DIFFERENT FROM NORMAL WEEKDAYS. Finally adapt the calendar on saturdays to that .It's like if you would regularly leave out 21 on a weekday. Make it 19-23, nothing 20-22. Makes no sense. That's what your doing on saturday with your 13-17-19-21-23 love.

You are right!

Saturday is the day for Sunday and most people don´t work on Saturday and want to go out at Saturday night and therefore want to ride in the afternoon.

OK I try to burn it in my old brain !

Sorry

Grrr, you added a . to the quote it seems, just becaue I'like ... doesn't mean I always write ...! Or ..

Yes, yes, burn it. Doesn't have to be always the same, can even be the 13-17 deal sometimes, but it's too often.

Woddel.. usually people don't question my statistics. Why? Out of fear I bombard them with more.... like the statistic for a whole year of saturdays or so... Which would just show that the ape is right!

Tomorrow "Santiago-Valparaiso" is 244km long and only 8 riders?
Had you forget to set it at 9 riders or were 8 riders your intention? @iban
