Based on the feedback, I would select

9-14/15-19-22

for the Giro. Only afternoon seemed to be 50:50 between 14h and 15h... Last year 14h, so would probably go for 15h here.... but...

Clear preference towards 14h for the Giro, but I could also switch to the morning edition if times stay as they are
9h ok for you, Tukh? Or 9-15 worst possible combination for you?

9 or 10 does not make a difference for me. Not 100% sure to ride at all, but the starting time has no influence on that

I'm not finally sure if i will be able to start at the afternoon, but 14h is for me much better than 15h :D

Final PDF online.

9-15-19-22 for the Giro

Afternoon was a toss-up between 14 and 15. As I mentioned, 14 last year, so went for 15 this year.

NEW FEATURE IN THE EDITOR:

You can re-use archived profiles (mostly relevant for real races from last year):

Under Profile Editor you now have:
- "Search Profile" (blue button).
- Then you can select a profile.
- Then you have "Clone Profile" (also blue button).
- Then you can save and re-use that profile and do whatever you want with that :)

So now everyone is invited to test that feature and check/design real one day races (now easier than before) :)

Same as 2023.

For designers: When it is the same profile (like here) you don't even have to search & clone the profile. You can directly go to Race Editor.

With no 14h I would have voted for 10 to be honest. Last GT at 10 was in 2020. Morning always getting 9 doesn't invite many non standard morning riders.

I understand that. I just didn't put it because noone requested 10. That's also why I asked Tukh between 25th and 26th! But answer was 9/10 no difference for him. It was the same in recent GTs. Noone asked for 10, but always someone asked for 9. I think at some point I even said, if there is one single person asking for 10, it would be time for a 10h GT. Now final is final. So Tour de France or Vuelta new chance for a 10h GT!

Don’t know if I can participate at Giro at 15h.
14h would be perfect, other times difficult over 3 weeks

Good update with that additionnal lap.
Need to update the IS / KOM too ;) https://www.gpmo.bzh/_files/ugd/aecf50_ ... 4496d7.pdf

TroBroLeon looks a bit different than the one in the calendar last year. https://www.trobroleon.com/fr/etape-1

Tour du Finistère has the same circuit as last year (but I'd make it 4% instead of 5% for the hill of the last km). But seems to have a little change of route from 140 to 160 with more hills (with sieb possible, >7%) https://www.tourdufinistere.fr/user/ima ... e-2024.pdf

For now, no visible change for Boucles de l'Aulne and Paris Troyes.

I won't have time to design the ones that require small change before the 1st of May, but if someone does, I hope the info and links will help ;)

could we get this fantasy race ( on the 3rd maybe?)

it was requested as offseason classic because its a great race but denied because its in europe.

but the possibilty to ride it in mai again was offered maybe we can do that this year? :)
From my side, there is nothing against riding it
So on the 3rd is now an other race, so maybe we can get this one on the 28th?

Sorry, I ignored this. But maybe it also wouldn't have been an ideal race pre-Giro as it is very long and difficult (think of teams with less than 18 riders who would like to start at the Giro).

28th looks better, even though the day before we have a gravel race, too,... So maybe 31st ? 30th is a mountain top finish stage.

New route in 2024. Some sectors are the same as in 2023, but I had to use a new GPX anyway, so did a re-design. They have this categorization of 1-3 Stars. I only gave ** when they have 2/3 stars AND it was ** in last year's edition, too (which is rare). Otherwise *.

Edit: Fantasy Race Andorra La Vella Hills will probably have to be removed to make space for this. I guess AAD didn't see Tro Bro in the PDF.

Different route before the circuit as OL mentioned. I kept the two main climbs:

Roche-du-Feu 4 6
Montagne de Locronan 3 6 6

Between 140 and 160 indeed some siebs (but only 6% according to flamme rouge)

For the circuit, I kept the 5% for Quimper, but maybe 4% would be more accurate? I don't know this climb... if you are certain, OL, we can change it.

Last year we rode the 2022 version. But actually 2023 was different. Now 2024 similary to 2023 (but a bit shorter). The circuit a pain in the ass, hope I got it roughly correct.

The climb that is also the final km, has a very short steep section (250m max @9-10%) under the flamme rouge. Then it's almost 1km at 0/2%. quite possible to see the group stretch on the steep section, but then the ones from the back coming back for the sprint. Also possible to see strong riders attacking on the steep part; but they'd need to be superstrong to hold it until the line (or that no one truly chase them). Also the total denivellation is slightly under 50m for the last 1100m. That's why I'd go for a 4%.
The results of the last years are either a small group sprint, or a solo rider winning by a second or two.
