2008: Prolog + 8 Etappen (inkl. 1 ITT)
2007: 9 Etappen (inkl. 1 TTT + 1 ITT)
2006: Prolog + 8 Etappen (inkl. 1 ITT)

Bei RSF 2010: 7 Etappen (inkl. 1 ITT)

7-9 Tage mit mindestens einem Einzelzeitfahren wäre sicherlich eine gute Regelung, wenn wir eine Deutschland Tour möchten.

this is your tour, the Germany tour...maybe, at first, we wait an answer from Leso; and an opinion from Roby would be also nice ;)

To Avaya:
May be the only "error", in my eyes, is that the first King of Mountain passage is only at the Fourth stage...
I think that at second stage must start also the KoM fight.

I admire the "Automation" for making it possible to draw a whole tour in one day.
But, to be honest, it's rather mass production than an art.

Ok, Avaya, you asked for critique:
At first it looks okay, some flat stages, some middle mountain, two mountain finish', two time trials. Pretty nice mix.
Unfortunately you used the marking/legend for "Sprint" instead of cities. So it's very difficult to find out which roads you use. Furthermore it makes the stages look like mass production.
Then I ask myself, why we have so many sprints. Everybody does it differently, but I prefer less intermediate sprints. It makes it more interesting for breakaways to ride for the stage instead of riding for money.
The flat stages (2,3,5) are another point of my criticism: They look extremely boring. Flat is ok, but all ~200km and completely flat? I think that's too easy for the sprinters. I'd prefer a few difficulties on the road and/or short stages, so there will be a little more action.
The time trials have got the same problem, i think. Maybe I'm no good in reading profiles, but they seem to be really really flat. Some uphill and/or downhill could make it at least a little exciting.

Of course that's only my opinion. Wait for Roby, he's got the only important opinion :D
And, if this is going to be a competition: Do you call that a presentation? ;)

first to aux:
i didnt think about that, but yeah you're right.. so we would have more groups or something like that.. have to think about it.

to gipfel:
yeah, you're right i drawn the tour with automation, but had some problems, cause that was the first time i drawn stages like that. yeah i know what you mean, i wasn't sure if i should write some cities into it, but i checked other stages and mostly i didn't found it, but yeah i could edit it easily, saved the stages in bikeroutetoaster. with boringness from the flat stages, yeah i have to agree. but its kind hard to find some mountains in northern germany. i've created the tour like a tour is in reality. started in the east of germany, and then went to northern germany, then west -> middle and south. some kind of "route".
you're right the first time trial is nearly poor plat, something like 1 0 -1 -1 0 1 and so on. but the second at the bodensee isn't i write the gradient:
-1 1 -1 1 -1 0 3 5 -1 2 -1 0 -4 1 -1 -3 0 -1 1 -1 0 0 not sooo hilly, but not poor flat.

no no :D it's not my presentation, we said we could make a competition out of it.. not we that we really do! :D just wanted to give some inspiration or you can say i was bored and wanted to make a suggestion. but okay I see i have to edit something. :)
thanks for your reply

Avaya, könntest du deine Streckenführung mal in einen Extra-Post unter Fantasy Races stellen?
Da behalten wir den Überblick, wnen wir alle unsere Strecken da rein packen.
Und wir spamen das Ganze hier nicht zu.

Why my opinion Aux? And Gipfel too... bah, why force the ape to have an opinion? Grrr!

Germany tour, good idea (Then I can complain and boycott something, ha, I'll boycott if of course (but the idea is good)) Important: Offer alternative for the boycotters and the girlcotters too! Like 5 parallel tours as usual, hihi.
What is in there, something like Aux wrote, a Tour with a bit of everything. If then one or 2 TT/ITT is a details, but a balanced thing.
26.09-04.10 sounds good as place in the calendar btw.

MOre important:

HOKKAIDO: Why why is it category 2? What is the reasoning behind that? It should be category ONE. 1!
Univest the same, cat 1!
Kraftsystemrevision! Include the distance!
Basics reform: Give blue a chance!
Don't punish bugusers. We all have to use bugs, since most of them are declared as "features"!

Other alternativ could be 10.10-18.10 after Beijing, maybe for the Pavés Tour if we start Pavés at 19.10.
26.09-04.10 maybe better, no important parallel races.

Grrr, t he answer I wanted not there.

Hokkaido still 2. It seems we had it once before, in 2008, then cat 2. A mistake then, but is that really a reason to make the same mistake in 2011 too?

Germany: Actually don't think parallel to Lombardia is a good idea.

Race in Vegas the 23rd should be flat. And the KOM should be different IMO. ;)

About the tour of Britain...
NoPikouze wrote:May I remind you that it's a 6 riders/team tour. Don't know if that makes 6 or 7 in RSF, too lazy to check...

I'm only noticing it now. Really, 9 riders in RSF ?!
Even last year it was, hmm, only 7 in rsf, if i remember well.
What a bullshit ! Especially after the long discussion about this kind of things.

And now, I see it on the 24th, with 4riders, the wrong name and a 'new profile' designed by Auxi ...

I remember that I drew the profile, but I don't know if we put it into the calendar.
