At the RSF-calendar, as well as in the april pdf it was shown that it's moved to April 18, early enough to plan the form peaks for this month.

Don't reveal your form planning mishaps so publicly. At least not before the race is done. Your potential rivals might read it ;)

Ok, but why we have to ride a race one day later than it is in the real calendar ?
2024-01-30 Big Donkey Elaska 1 Good move, good reading of the race, just the sprint didn't work out. High quality racing.

I don't like it either. It's a habit of Leso and maybe some others.

Hope once we'll get to ride 2 races per day. Then maybe we'll get it done..

Because we're too late?

Tro Bro Leon: 3-6 or 2-6 (cat 2 like Primavera, but Amstel only 5, so allow one cat more, ok ok, cat 1 pavéstars like Olimpiu will be unhappy of course, but that's the price they pay for being in an elite team. You won't see Cancellara there either. )

So, change Trobonbon, right now it's on the 18th, but there really is no reason to put it there. Petit Paris Roubaix it says in the description. Ok, treat is as that. Like Primavera and Appennino it's a race for the second guard, good Italian participation in Appennino, good spanish one in Primavera, good french one in Trobonbon.

You, of course are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too late....

The profiles for the Vuelta Asturias running from April 28th to May 2nd are online,
is it still worth designing, with Turkey and Romandie already in the calendar, would it make sense to draw it, and include it?

That's the reason why in past years we opted not to include Turkey to our calendar..

Don't know if we're able to bear those 3 tours at once.

Plus I think 5 editions just too many.

Overlaps with Romandie. Romandie rightly gets 5 editions.
3 for Turkey would have been enough.

I hope leso changes that, not planning to go to Turkey, but starting Turkey 5 times, with lots of teams opting for Romandie may produce some damn small fields.

Leso will fill in the races for 28/29 when he's back from his short holiday.

But I fear it will be too late to correct the Turkey mishap.

EDIT: I just dropped a PN to Buhmann about the Turkey thing. Maybe he can change that (if it's not already too late)

Oh how long is he still gone?
yes it is correct then the error really closely because you're right!
But the race for the 28 and 29 are already done? so he has to make it online only?

It will be 2 fantasy races, since there are no real one day races in the UCI calendar. Fantasy races are always enough on stock. He will only need to include them.

Maybe enough time to cut 1 or so Rioja at least? 2 of the editions still have 0 inscriptions.

clap clap clap, what a brilliant move again

cancelling the 23:00 edition of turkey is okay, but another example for a big mistake in YOUR calendar planning...remember Ghent-Wevelgem? remember cat 4 for schelde this year after downgrading it in 2010, stupid decisions to let the lower divs riding the classic races...after being exculded in the last year(s)...today a div7 team rode L-B-L

more examples:
"Critic Critic

At Saturday every Team of Div 1-4 is forced to start at Lombardia...last week you had the opportunity to choose between beghelli und paris tours...

why? only because Lombardia is Cat 6 and Paris-Tours was "only" Cat 5?"
"hm, "the little Lombardia" was at the 2nd of October...we rode 2 fantasy races this day... okay, if i remember right, the race wasn't ready at 2nd of october... the munsterland giro was at 3rd of october, we ride this race today...okay we had the WC this day... Binche - Tournai - Binche wa..."
München-Stuttgart in October
9,12,15,18,20,22,24

not 2 or 3 editions too much?
the cancelled U23 WM in October 2010?

Code: Select all

August
Just for my information...

Is it really neccessary to have 8 races at the 1.8. and 9 single races at the 3.8.?

i know i know...different type of races...different kind of teams should be able to win...but really 9 races at one day?...hmmm

why do you even programm 5 editions, when long time ago 3 editions max as purpose were written? and especially when you are in holiday...

6 and 8 teams while the day are enough for an 8 days tour? for example at 16:00 only 4 teams were online while the race..i don't think so

what about this scenario: three, four teams teams look at the inscriptions at wednesday, thursday, saw the 23:00 tour and decide to ride...planning their RL, maybe changing dates to ride...should these teams are being fucked too?

what about some money as compensation? some of my riders had topform this week, would have earned money in stages and of course in the GC...no compensation? okay, just like i thought... teams have to pay for YOUR mistakes

another time i'm asking YOU, please get some support for the calendar...the mistakes and dubious decisions in the last few month are getting more and more...i know OL has some rights too, but they are fucking useless if the system is not working for him

i deciced not to ride at 20 or 21, wanted to start at 23:00...mow i'm looking forward to ride crappy plat races without any fun because the hills are missing and some very nice mountain-race without mountainrider instead of riding a tour with an classic-rider who could probably win the tour due his form and a sprinter who's in a good shape too, hoped to win another points-jersey

Greetz a slightly pissed Franconia

I´ll try to get more support for the calendar.
But I need first more time to adapt the tools I use for the calendar programming in a way OL and Roby can use them without risks.
But I dont have this time now.

sprint victories:
2007: 33 (30 since buying licence in april)
2008: 54
2009: 36
2010: 47
2011: 34
