or maybe from 31.10 to 04.11 the calendar will look better than it is right now.

Looks like Sachsen Pavè this year will be of 4 stages and not 5: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1022&start=25#p91741

We need to move Abu Dhabi a bit before and Hainan a bit after if everybody wants NC on 23.

No, and weather is the main reason Sachsen was moved from January to October.
