Britain, the Vuelta and a one day race should be enough.

Not parallel to Britain.
Only instead Padania/Lombarda for teams who cannot ride Long tours like the Vuelta.

Between Fourmies and Quebec is the best place I think to have good fields

How about a TTT World Championship? Like in reality, with trade teams. Same day, and just only qualify the D1 teams.

I think the real WC Road Race should be Cat 6. And the ITT Cat 5.
