I'll redo the stage 2 of TDU (the 3 laps don't have the same %ages), the others designers want that I'll redraw this stage, I'll do it tomorrow ;)

Notwithstanding the proposal of my own tour, I thought all those shit real races could/should be cancelled to ride some interesting stuff instead.

hm SM....the stage with the hilltopfinish at the willunga hill....the riders will climb the willunga hill twice...and you got two different climbs

Vuelta Chile 2012

11 Stages in 11 days, but 2 half stages and one rest day. Don't know how to make a stage a half stage, and how to include a rest day, so I just gave the number of the stage 5 twice and didn't make a rest day till now.

Maybe, some stage lenghts and positions of intermediates may not fit perfectly what you see in the page, for there have been misfits on the site itself or huge distance differences to Google Earth (but obviously false on the race page). In general, Google earth has made tracks a bit shorter than told on the page, but the deficit was bulit up continuous. Thus, I just filled in the missing km. In long climbs, however, both data bases fitted well, so no problems there.

With the categorisation of stages and mountain intermediates, I just put in the category names that were used on the site (except last stage, where nothing is written, which I made plain, and to mountain prices without category, which I just guessed). However, there are no regulations to be found on the web presentation, so I don't know if those points for mountain jersey or bonification fit to our regulation.

The amount of riders is another problem, too. Last time, wikipedia says there were 6 per team, so I assume that to be the same in 2012.

saved as vueltachile1201 to vueltachile1210, with vueltachile1205a and vueltachile1205b for the half stages.

Why in cat 1? it's a real tour! (thought that you'll put it in cat 2)

Real tour means with professionnal cyclists, not some amateur thingy ! ;)

What about San Luis ? I wasnt able to see the profiles on their website... But is anyone going to design it or not ?

PS: I have the feeling that all those fantasy tours are quite similar (middelmountain and flat only). Perhaps can you put in something with real hills or with a TT ?

San Luis will come...today was a meeting in San Luis to decide the rute.

San Luis is most important then other tour, will be better paves and New zealand with less time, are not very important...

Imo Sachsen Pavés and San Luis are more important than all the other tours in january (excepted TDU which is cat 3, ok). Both should be cat 2.
If there is too many, remove that useless new zealand tour. I've been saying that for years now ;) Or make it a D6-7 tour.

The problem is the san luis profiles and design... Would be nice to have it before the end of the month.
Actually no, that's not the only problem. Sachsen pavés and San Luis will overlap, not very good since those are the main tours. Bah, difficult planning.
