Can't find the link either.

Jerseys the same I guess, point system too. Not sure how much you want to adapt though.

Improvement?

Of course it needs improvements, that what Lesossies said from the start...his version has been on for a VERY long time now, but somebody needed to check and improve it.. so far nobody has done that.

Yep I remember that. But I'm not going to do it :)
Btw is it even possible to do it if the designer/calendarchief is on vacation ?

What was the intention to have Tre Valli and Memorial Casartelli at the same date? Cat. 4 for climber vs. cat. 1 for climbers? Casartelli 8h already did not take place because of to less interest. Of course, when there is another race for climber with cat. 4... It would make sense if Tre Valli would have been only for div. 1-5 and Casartelli for div 6. But as far as both races are open for all divisions, I don't see the reason for the other race.

If this was already discussed in this tread, I am sorry for bringing it up again and too late...

Ok, 11h Casartelli has 22 teams... but still.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

D1-5 vs D5-6 would have been a good idea here, imo. Whatever, too late now

And Limousin 6 times, isn't that a bit much ? Ok there are no parallel tours, but I don't know if that is a good reason to give a very small tour so many editions. :?:

What happened to the stages of britain ?

Oh, cool, so I can bother you a bit as long as you're here.
I'm still baffled by your new time policy. Looking at september saw lots of 13-17 again, so thought let's see why he loves that so much.

Races offered so far this month, how many teams participated, average per race, total races offered. Very probably mistakes there.

8: 7 races, 117 teams 16,7, 11
9: 10 races 157 teams 15,7, 19
10: 5 races 114 teams 22,8, 14
11: 1 race. 22 teams 22, 2
12: 8 races, 222 teams 27,8, 15
13: 8 races 188 teams 23,5, 13
14: 5 races 169 teams 33,8, 9
15: 2 races 65 teams, 32,5, 9
16: 9 races 241 teams, 26,7 13
17: 7 races 164 teams, 23,4, 14
18: 9 races 144 teams 16, 18
19: 8 races 206 25,8, 16
20: 12 races 281, 23,3 23

I'll ignore the evening for the moment. It gets everything everyday anyway, while other times have to be happy to be offered either a tour or a one day race.

1. Yep, 12+13 your new times are a big success, more than I expected.
2. 3 times get clearly less races than the others this month. 11, only 2 races, 14 and 15 9 each. Yes, some of them tours, but that's true for other times as well. The participation though looks good. 11, true, can't say much with only 1 race so far. But 14-15? The 2 times with the highest averages of all (analyzed) so far. Of course 15 with only 2 races so far this month not very telling.

Yes, in september you will tell me holidays are over, less popular in september. Ok, but then why do you offen 14-15 less than all other times (except 11) in August, holiday time? Yes, with more offered probably the average would go down a bit too. But under what your old, and always weaker, favorite 17 gets? Doubt it. You offer more races at midnight in August (10), the midnight that in so far 4 races is far from reaching the number of teams inscribed 15h had in 2 races? 14-16 get 31 combined races in August 3 times. 8+9 get 30, 2 times with worse participation get the same, 17-18 get 32, 2 times with worse participation get 1 more race than the 3 times from 14-16 combined?

Something is clearly not working right here. 14-15 deserve more times then they are getting in August. And more than what is planned for September (13 gets 5 so far, 14-15-16 combined the same amount) You want to introduce new times? 8+12+13+24. Ok, done, especially 12+13 are much stronger than I thought. But then why cut 2 times like 14-15. Give them the same amount. No actually, give them more. Since they ARE STRONGER. And do something about your hate of 11 too, must be a bad hour for you. Maybe Buhmann was born at 11?

ps. now you are trying to sabotage the numbers for 15 too, Agostoni, pah, 4 it tells me in the calendar, all races section. But there are 16 of us inscribed. Ok, the whole statistic might be wrong, since the calendar still doesn't show the exact number

Did a fast longer Plouay, no guarantee for precision. Ended up being almost the same as lesos version anyway.
Changes

+1 at km 3, -2 at km 4 instead of 0 -1
No more intermediates since I couldn't find them
Last 2 km -3 -2 Reality is clearly more -2 -3, but the sprint, which very likely won't happen at RSF anyway, is on a very slight downhill, between 0 and -1 probably.
Leso solved this problem by adding a 0 in the last km, kind of strange I though, so just changed the whole round

Saved under plouay2011v2

Use it or don't, don't care.

No one had the time and willingness to improve those temporary, ugly Vuelta profiles? Really?
No one even complaining about it? I guess that will come tomorrow and the day after that.
I wouldn't want to start in such a race, it looks too 2006 to me, the good old ugly days.

This is the first step.
The second step (updating in the calendar) can only Buhmann do.

I was referring to the general look of the races in the old days, so don't feel bad.

NoPikouze obviously doesn't count, because he complains about everything. Don't be so negative!
