15 seconds is way too short, on one day races that would mean a refresh is needed more than once every 4 minutes to prevent the out of tempo offline rule

since i currently don't really have the time to actually design races, i check some races: Trofeo Laigueglia same as 2021 (maybe 1km off in the beginning, but who cares?)
