It's really easy to go up to Div4... even a sausage like ZL could do it in December 2009. In November I had only 21y old riders and zero points from Oct, it was close to promote, in Dec it was no problem at all. And a bunch of 22y old guys are everything but strong.

Then refill them only to 450 (half the actual amount)...

Easy:
Div1-4: Auctions, one rider per 15 Minutes, is 2880 per month.
Div5: Youth market as known, refill to 600 riders like now (not to 900 as now), makes around 6000 riders for them.

All in all it's 8880 then. Now it's 9000, so slightly less, but that seems to be ok for me.

Astana: I don't race every day... I normally make 15-20 races per month and belong to Div2-4. Even with 10 races per month it is possible to be more or less constantly in Div4. Perhaps now it would be the right moment do make one more Division, Div5 with 70 Teams, allowing them too to participate in...

Yes it does discriminate Div5-Teams. Is that so bad?? Go up to Div4 and you won't be discriminated any longer.

Protect the Teams from themselves: Normally in Div5 are rather new teams (or teams who ride few races), they don't yet understand the system of the value of a rider very well, the danger for them is to overpay the riders. I would start one rider every 15 Minutes... that makes 96 riders per day. So there is always some action on the Transfer market.

sgumgub: The cheap helpers will remain cheap or even get cheaper (to 90 or 95%). I will never pay more than market price for a 48-74-58 rider, they are so usual, no need to overpay them.

The block for 21y-old is just for the leaders who will get more expensive, not for the casual Helper.

After the first half stage no one could make tactics for the TT... I startet the Browser about 3x new, nothing changed.

The point is: Some riders will almost for sure get more expensive, for example the 56-74-79... now you can get one for about 1.8 Mio (Bangerter...), with auctions I would say he will cost at least 2 Mio. But if there is still a possibility to buy a 56-74-79 besides the auctions for the regular price...

In December, no problem, there is no important race... in September ok, it's the real WM, but in March?? There are Highlights for every kind of rider, if the manager has the time, there is really no need to put form on a fantasy-wm. Just my opinion.
