That's true and a little bit frustrating. Especially when you see that this season probably nobody in Div. 6 will drive. Unless someone comes back. But I would also mention Sattelpuper and Plipuze. They are surely here to stay!

Perhaps when you open the sprint window, you could remove the two upper fields (weather, etc.), profile of the route and the km window on the left? Then you'll have more space for the sprint window...

Div 7 soll offensichtlich noch Fahrer ausprobieren können, von daher werden Fahrerverkäufe gefördert und die Sperre unterbleibt für in dieser Div gekauften Fahrer.

Also ich bin in 7 und müsste den vollen Satz % bezahlen, wenn ich einen Fahrer verkaufen wollte.

Tour de l´Ain I've finished the thing now. First stage is rather flat with a (3-8) and a (4-5) hill. The second is a medium mountain stage (7 to 9) and the third is a mountain stage (7-10). On the last stage I lost a few kilometers somewhere :D . But they are not decisive! 7 riders per team, I thin...
