Fondata il 30 luglio 2011.
Attualmente impegnata nel giro Eneco (7 tappe). A due tappe dalla fine il capitano Roberto Spione è maglia gialla con 56" di vantaggio sui due inseguitori. Una vittoria di tappa (il cronoprologo) e fondate speranze di vincere l'Eneco.
