Re: Talent system for riders

Hmmm.. I think that in case of 5 level, 1 should be more than actual level of training (or it can be added as 6th level)--->the "Champions", The "Best of the best",where the % are higer than now. And sincerely, IMO, the revolution of the talent, for an higher effect, need to be linked to something d...

Re: Nationenkomitee / Nations Komitee /

Hi Not yet a problem with my riders, but i discovered (after naming 2 of them) some rules that doesn't match with my idea: (2) Nicknames (f.e. „Katsche“ Schwarzenbeck), artist names (f.e. „DJ Ötzi“) or fantasy names (f.e. „Pepsi Cola“, „Baum Stamm“) are not allowed. Riders with such names will be ma...

Re: plea to reduce the nc´s to 1 / anno

1 per year is too low, IMO, 12 months in RSF career are too much. But can be ok. i can also think that we need to do some things: a) Stop to give money for this championships. Just the flag (so no energy problem, neither Double accounts/multi or chain links or sittering (it happens, despite it is fo...

Re: Tour Down Under 10h

was a nice win, i do reckon however a sprinter is more favo then me for the green jersey.. that is if they're willing to work for it tomorrow, for me its purely gap control and defense now, btw raczinski suddenly belongs to alkworld for the green jersey?, also with the 3s gap fournier has...

Re: Tour Down Under 10h

Fantastic Work by Rasmussen today, and also fantastic and lucky tactic by the duo Nopik/Brath. Probably the GC favo now isn't a climber, but let's see. In the end, a bunch of riders come across the finish line with 2'' less than the big group: Into it there are Raczinski and Fournier, with Rece and ...

Re: Tour Down Under 10h

Stage 2 Interesting situation today. Fournier act as real favo but he can't hang on last km attack by Rasmussen's Raczinski. Picasso still back with Gerard. The lucky one is Killi Leonard, He gains p2 on stage and 9'' on GC in front of other climbers. But this Raczinski has still some advantage. Tom...

Re: Tour Down Under 10h

Definitely a nice first stage yesterday. And I'm not sure, if this was a perfect chase with a last km catch or just plain luck. And Pedro seemed very successful in convincing Thomas not to win. Clear favorite for the GC is Fournier, he's practically unbeatable ;) I know a thing that you don't know....

Re: Tour Down Under 10h

FIrst stage, Nice Coop in chasing in the back. Fournier makes a late Split of the group, some dead and weak riders lost sometime but the main group reach the Mass Sprint. Pedro Almodovar Took the right wheel, Obi-Uan make his good decision but despite his form he's not the best sprinter of the field...

Re: Consulting for clueless managers

OK, now is the situation: Old AlmavivaItalia give no money for Market, so New Team Manager of Brath Rhum Factory has only the team and anithing to act in market. Also for this, probably the RSF Uci (in the person of Pat BuhmannQuaid) Disqualified the team from the "Giro" due to financial loss and su...
