Personally I think during the festive period perhaps less 8h/9h and instead more 10h/11h could make sense.

From what you've discussed, I probably wouldn't be against a small (!) reduction of the bonus to see if that alleviates the problem a little bit. Beullens team value currently is 28 million. Before the fine it was a bit more. So if now he just leaves the game and one day he comes back and resets with 20 million, he has 8 million less than today.
