I think it's a pretty clear case by now. If such accounts don't suffer from getting delted out of the history book, there is no reason to continue to play this game seriously. I have stopped doing do a few months ago.

PTT sittet trotz Sperre. Zufällig genau einen Account der ganz zufällig zum Zeitpunkt der Sperre wieder plötzlich aktiv ist.
