Re: German cyclists and their perfomance

It's always foxy Oscar Freire who grabs the wins from sprinters, that rise their arms too early^^ (thinking of Milan - San Remo, where Zabel thought he'd won for the fourth time befor Oscar slipped past him). Gretsch, don't know what to think of him. He'll have to show something first. Maybe he won'...

Re: German cyclists and their perfomance

Hondos return is in fact nice. I waited very long for this and I'm happy about. I like him. I could imagine that he'll be free to go for own results, as he's not a pure sprinter. Hopefully Lampre will not fade in a few weeks when their deadline runs out. Greipel, well, I don't really him. Some will ...

Re: German cyclists and their perfomance

Watch out for Andreas Stauff! Tom Boonen was full of praise for him after he was the last man by his side on several occasions at the Tour of Qatar. And of course there is Heinrich Haussler, who had surely won Qatar, if officials didn't hand out that one minute penalty for trying to avoid a crash in...

Hehe^^

Maybe the kisses wouldn't have to be obligatory.
The winners of the desert races in the last weeks weren't be kissed by the sheiks either,
but they just was framed by members of the specific culture of the hosting country.

Re: David Vitoria

But while last year he had the team protecting him in some races for the sprint to the line he now has to try his luck in long escapes and watching other team members going for glory in the finales of the races. And there are strong ones, seemingly. Really awesome this Cardoso, for example. Sco...
