Easiest way: Just keep the difference...whether one has 30 Sec in Field 1 or 2 is not important, it's just 30 Sec. And the jerseys you give all to the rider of field 1, or if that's unfair I would give them asyl and Fabulous Beyeler will carry them around South America.

For me it's easier tho have a cheap team with 9 riders.. whether 9 or 8 riders, the leaders remain the same, it's normally just a helper more or less. The helpers are cheap, so one cheap rider less makes the team in the average more expensive.

To stay easy: The leader will become more expensive... if it's a really rare leader like a 56-74-79 or a 50-59-82 sprinter. The Helper might become cheaper, the 47-74-55 will probably go for 95%.. and for sure the 50-71-57 will. The goal should be, that an average team has to spend the same amount o...
