+1 for only 1 parallel tour to Dec tour. With 2 tours people might just go for parallel. And there is not much reason to have 9day of parallel tours there rly.

If low participation is expected we need to be conservative about editions. Who wants 5 tours, where everyone makes shitload of money + points in offseason where there are not many other races with high categories. This disturbs division rankings for 2 months..

Let me know if i need to chance the mountain classification .. i've put the same as they use actually. But maybe it's better to downgrade every mountains with -1 ?

I downgraded each cat by 1, same as in Denmark. Stage 1 also under review.

No 3rd edition for Britain? Several people asked for it, and given the low Vuelta participation, we definitely should have at least a 3rd (morning) edition.

If noone is alrdy doing it, I will do Tour of Britain -> I still would like to see more than 2 editions for it, same as for Benelux/Deutschland.

We can also see currently that the parallel tours like Benelux have lot of participation, so at least +1 edition in the morning would make sense.
