Ja. Wenn nicht mal erfahrene Teams aus D1 & D2 solche Sachen nicht mal ansatzweise ablehnen, stattdessen nach Vergleichen suchen, die das Handeln rechtfertigen, rechtfertigt es eine Strafe.
