Re: Rapid Vitesse

Here is the annual overview of 2018 for Rapid Vitesse. It was a very successful year for us again. We rode 125 races last year and won 49 of them (excluding 7 national championships). That means we have won 39.2% of our races last year, which has to be one of the highest win quotes ever in the histo...

Re: Rapid Vitesse

Again it has been a while since we last posted. In the meantime the team got its 200th win (in less than 700 races, currently we are the team with the least races in the top 50 teams with the most race wins). Joost Drost , who suddenly started winning races after he became the only Dutch rider in th...

New type of Finance Bug

Hi, For me (Rapid Vitesse) the Finance tab is not working properly any more. Things went wrong when I tried to unsubscribe from my 10am race on 9 December at 9:32 CET, but this action was only partly completed in time due to slow internet. My team ended up in the race, but without riders and with 0 ...

Re: November 2018

Why move the CN's to December? They were always in October, so I was expecting them at latest mid-November. It makes no real sense to me why now we need to move them to December while there are still empty days in November. But perhaps I am just a conservative person in that sense who looks too much...

Re: Rapid Vitesse

It has been very quiet around Rapid Vitesse recently. The team continues to ride races and continues winning, but there are no press releases any more. The sponsor had initially decided to cut down the budget for press releases to zero. However, recently the team had some negative publicity coming f...

Incorrect flag for Vanuatu on race profile

In the category of (very) minor bugs: while designing a race on Vanuatu I discovered that the flag on the race profile is not correct for this country. It shows a second version of the Venezuelan flag instead of the Vanuatuan flag. See below: http://www.radsportfreaks.de/radsport/pngfiles/efate.png ...

Re: Rapid Vitesse Fantasy Races

At the special request of the Donkey, here are some races I designed recently. :D Three races in Central Asia for September/October, as it will be too cold there after that. From now on I will focus on the off-season. http://www.radsportfreaks.de/radsport/pngfiles/gpsiestrack_(11).png http://www.rad...

Re: August 2018

http://www.radsportfreaks.de/radsport/pngfiles/slag_om_norg_2018.png KOGA Slag om Norg is done, with 7 riders it should be an interesting race. Regarding the calendar: do we really need 5 editions of each classic, while there are at least 2 tours in parallel with each classic? To avoid really small...

Re: Rapid Vitesse Fantasy Races

Two more races I had in mind already: The first one is a very cool one in South Africa. Riders have to climb a part of the Sani Pass: an unpaved mountain pass, that goes all the way up to 2820m with final kilometers of +14 and +17. However, to keep things interesting I put the finish line 10 km away...

Rapid Vitesse Fantasy Races

Hi all, I started designing as well! I will focus on relatively short fantasy races, because I believe shorter races are the best way to keep new players interested in the game. Today I designed my first two races. The first one is a race through Dagestan: the province where all the Russian villains...

Re: Pseudo fairplay

The problem is that all the teams who are accused of helping eachother can almost never be proven guilty. When one team says it is riding for a small chance to get a stage win or a jersey or whatever while the other one benefits from it, it can never be proven that unrealistic arrangements exist (es...

Re: Bug Transfer

Thanks, my team name is Rapid Vitesse. The rider I initially placed a bid on has ID 438099 and now has the name Yegor Zadorozhny. That's the rider I want to keep. The other 6 riders without name (with ID's 438100 until 438105) should be deleted. It would be great if you could also add the money I pa...

Re: Bug Transfer

Hi, I have a similar bug. Yesterday I had a balance 2.4 mln. Tonight I bought a rider (a rider without name from the regular transfer market, not youth market) for 1.275.519 and today I have -6.484.028 on my account. I also seem to have bought 7 identical riders (sadly this rider was just a helper, ...

Re: rosario - Team attack - 15h Beiras e Serra

You are referring to rule number 3 here and indeed you didn't break this rule. In your example, probably it was an attack where at least 1 rider was following somebody elses attack. Such an attack is indeed allowed. Attacking with 3 riders in the same km (so all riders attacking on their own, not fo...

Re: Rapid Vitesse

It's been a while since the last press release. The team is riding less races, which means less money, so also less budget for spokesmen. The old spokesman was fired and has been replaced by an enthusiastic freelancer. Since the last press release a lot has changed. The team's big leader Jason van P...

Re: Nationenkomitee / Nations Committee

I just read the entire discussion and as FL indicated already earlier in this topic, he assumed that Mayo is a clone of the fictional character Mayoi Hachikuji (which is basically the proof behind our decision to call her a clone). That is not allowed. The only case when a clone can be allowed is wh...

The Nations Committee indeed has some new members and some old members have left. Perhaps it would be good to update the list in the first post. Re: TEAM GIGI Thread

Gigi is active again, trying to destroy the game. He is buying youth classics for way too much money, just like last month. See attachment 1 for his bid on a 55-73-62 rider with a value of 1.707.730. I know we cannot punish someone for overpaying, but it's clear that his intention is ONLY to annoy p...
