Which type of TTT should it be? I designed thinking it would be the 5man rule but in theory it could be perfect for the Tour de France rules trying to launch the leaders to the steepest parts of the hill.

I think it is not very popular ingame with the National Teams and no technical limit on inscriptions... even though managers could just be sensible/pragmatic... but it does not hurt either.
