TdF 18h

Another month of having a young but still not strong team. Might as well fill it with the TdF. Who else is starting here?

Re: Sitting

I don't want to argue about Rasta's idea, but about sitting too; so I'll write here. Some guys won't agree with my proposal, but lets talk a bit. In my mind, when you create a team, it's just to play. Not for glory. It's a game, when you win something, you can be proud of yourself. Yes, YOURSELF, n...

Okay, so I have 1 21-year old. Does that mean I can buy 4 20-year-olds?

How many young riders?

Hello, I need some help. I have heard there are restrictions for how many young riders you may have in your team. I just bought a 21-year old rider. When the month is coming to an end, I want to buy 20-year-olds. How many 20-year-olds am I allowed to buy? (All my other riders are 28 or older). Thank...

Re: Reforming the salary system

Of course many things can be changed, often threads are opened and so on ... but Buh don't have lots of time and anyway, which one to do first that it would not affect other aspects of the game (cf sprint reform). [...] When I had the idea for the new reform I thought that changing the money a team...

Re: Reforming the salary system

New salary system -> Monster riders chances grow u dont need such a big team to win anything 1 rider is often enough and if the others cant bring big teams no chance to beat them so.. I think that's a little bit too simple as far as criticism goes. First of all, I do not think 1 rider will be enoug...

Re: Reforming the salary system

I could accept a reform too, but not for the 3 big tours or the monuments. I must admit that my suggestions were mainly targeted at the 3 big tours, but I can see sense in your limitation. If you actually manage to get a great team with the new salary system, you will be allowed to go full power in...

Reforming the salary system

The problem: We have teams, that ride the Giro with salaries like 693k (see Demuth for example. Giro 10 o'clock). Teams like that are so monstrous and strong that other teams usually do not stand a chance. Still, those big-salary-teams do not make a big loss of profit, as they win many stages and t...

Re: What future for RSF ?

Building a legacy by getting 5% of something? That's almost the opposite of building a legacy, that's riding for a reward. And the completely wrong way to increase the popularity of GTs actually. Rewards=more investment to win the GC, more pure "money battle". Higher average salary, for "cannon fod...

Re: What future for RSF ?

the fact that you can "buy a GT win" with farming or late buying of the whole team is a negative point... let's assume, you buy a whole team of oldies, win the giro...have a 660K or more expensive team...then your losses were big, you do a reset...15 new mio, buying riders...these riders have more ...

Re: What future for RSF ?

Spontaneously, I have three rewards in mind that you get for winning each big Tour: (these are merely examples of what could be done) Winning the Tour de France: For one year until the next Tour de France, your earnings of each race are increased by 5%. Winning the Giro d'Italia: For one year until...

Re: What future for RSF ?

Hi! Welcome back and thank you for sharing your thoughts. The color is a nice idea. Do you have more than this? Something similar to this would be that the Div 1 winner will get a clip in the television which is shiwn at the top of the page. Or is it time to reactivate a ingame Gazetta de la RSF? :...

Re: What future for RSF ?

Hello everyone, I rejoined the game a few days ago and first of all let me say it's good to be back. But I was shocked to notice that we are a lot less players than back in my days (2007 and 2008, for those that don't know me or have forgotten me. (I won't be mad)) Actually that's not quite right. B...
