Probably not, attackers would gain too much time against a rolling group.Chemnitz Pro Cycling Team wrote: ↑ Does this also mean, that we could ride more than 1km on sectors with a lot of flat, straight, unchanging streets? So e.g. 3km as one sector?

Re: Radunion fan zone
February was another successful month for the team. Six stage wins (4 Juha, 1 Allan, 1 Marek), four of them in cat 3 tours. A win and a third GC place for Allan, a sprint jersey for Juha, and a rare mountain jersey for Marek, finishing fifth in div 1. More importantly, Allan and the whole team are n...

Re: Race Calculation Redesign
It would be nice if you find some time for this, but I do not expect it to be easy. Buh was a tinkerer, and he tinkered for good reasons. I believe it is possible to do it better, but it easily ends up in a system that is not fun to play. Unlike front-end design, number crunching is something I coul...

Re: March 2026
I think we had the numbers for 5 parallel tours last year, so there is no reason not to ride them this year. With last year's participation, it should be clear that the 5th edition goes to TA.

Re: March 2026
P-N had similar profiles and bad participation (2 x 10) despite the 9-20 time slots. Do not really see why, unless you have a TT specialist? If we do 6 in total, it should, of course, go to P-N as the two races are equally important in real life.

Re: February 2026
Did a short view on Faun-Ardèche Classic. It is different from last year. The main thing is an additional short lap at the end, but the laps before (everyone different) look slightly changed as well.

Re: March 2026
calendar_3.png For tours, no arguments for me this time. There are some more tours in the UCI calendar, but the main program is too strong to ride them. For one-day races, there are some more 1.1 races available if we move them more than one day. I would always prefer real over fantasy. Times, goin...

Re: Insult in fair play votes by Elaska
He is fueling the fire based on his own history with elaska from my point of view. If atb feels insulted he can report it. But radunion cannot be insulted because he is not addressed. Sorry, this is nonsense in several ways. First, I had my disagreements with Elaska about riding styles, but I respe...

OMG Berlin, animal names in fair-play votes
I do not think we should tolerate calling other with animal names. Even if you think it is nice to call somebody a young butterfly.

Re: Radunion fan zone
January went quite well, and some more nice races to come in February. Congratulations to Allan for a Down Under win, great work by the team controlling the small advantage after the prologue. AlUla was a success as well, with two stages and green for Juha. GC went to the last stage, and race dynami...

Thanks everybody, got this wrong. Realistically only downhill and 66 sprint guys are affected, so I missed my error.

Re: Next Gen Stats – Discussion & Feedback Thread
If I got it right, there is downtraining at 24 for skills above 60. Maybe somebody can test it. I do not have a 24-year-old and could only test it for 50 and 66 tomorrow.

Re: February 2026
Looks like there are the same points for all stages (probably even the ITT). As we do not adapt bonuses for each race, it is the designer's choice. Stage 3, of course, should be an ITT.

Re: Youth Teams - first draft options
Why? depends on how the training is implemented. When you are young, you maybe need to train all skills, you dont get much out of focusing a single skill. Lets say you get 50% when you give one slot for a 19 year old (no matter what the skill), but for the second slot, you just get 5% more, for the...

Re: Youth Teams - first draft options
I do not think it should be a priority, and I see some issues with training those youth riders. You either lack side skills or create riders that are not possible at the moment, like training a flat guy only sprint and flat getting a brilliant launcher (or even sprinter) with very little mountain. T...
