Re: Races by Radunion

And as promised 2 rather flat stages on Mauritius. I found some mountains to make it a little challenging for the sprinter teams.

Re: Races by Radunion

After a very long time I decided to draw some fantasy races again. This time in the south for all manager that want to ride in the warmth even in European winter. http://www.radsportfreaks.de/radsport/pngfiles/reunion_mountain.png a race on the shores of the Indian Ocean - keep your sprinters at hom...

Re: Suggestion for the offseason calendar

Real weather in European winter could be a bad idea anyway. Give somebody the possibility to switch it off for fantasy off-season race. The alternative would be to have just races in the South. And I doubt that there are enough one day races in which my riders do not risk freezing to death. Or shoul...

Re: Suggestion for the offseason calendar

First of all we have to think how short the off-season really is. In October the last World Tour race end on the 21. (Tour of Hangzhou, whatever you think about the race). In the second half of January we will have Down Under and San Luis. So we should think about moving the Sachsen Pave. I know it ...

Re: September 2012

Usually I am just happy that I do not have to interfere in the process of designing races and planning the calendar, but the new preview is very strange. Is it really such a big problem to have a week without tour? And why change the date of the real world championships for a fantasy tour? Furthermo...

Re: I'm team Cycling Cycle

There are many reasons for having the same IP, mainly being in the same network somehow. The ** are just an information for the other teams to be cautious, not a reason to be banned or something similar. Only ignorant managers accuse you to be a multi just because of some stars. Tell this the other ...

active team is shown offline

At my current race Male Karpaty 11h team cool is showed offline despite being active in the chat. Unfortunately his English is very bad and I do not really understand him. Tempo from his is also strange. He puts my rider out of tempo but the tempo of the field decreases and his riders are automatica...

Re: Consulting for clueless managers

Hi, I decided to be clueless about the future of my team. As Stokes has 2 or max 3 month left in the team I think for a while about the future of the team. Quite definitely it will not be a another hillsprinter for the near future. At the moment I enjoy it much more when I am able to attack, and I s...

Re: New energy system

I meant the quick reloadable thingy, I thought this is clear in the context. And this has to be dependent on the tempo, a 85 should loose the same amount for riding the hill flat out (following the tempo of another 85) as a 50 mountain sprinter that is paced by his flat helper. For the slowly and no...

Re: New energy system

It is difficult to asses with limited information. Applying the 3rd form of energy for tempo is somehow risky. You have to be very careful that it is not better to change the riders very often (ride 1 km, regenerate 3 km, ride 1km...), but for sprint and attacking it is very good. Additionally this ...

Re: Dauphiné 17h

Before the final stage we have a surprise leader with Cristiantoko, after our Hermann Schwarz finally broke after as he was not able to recover from the very hard time trial. Now Krischan has to find 15 sec for Megger, not impossible but he should not rely in the last 2 km. For our team the expected...

Re: Dauphiné 17h

After the first stages it is time to assess the standings of the favorites in the classifications. First of all overall 1. Yericho Christiantoko (Tdot rainbow) 2. Guido Megger (Team Krischan) + 0:06 3. Brent Södersen (Sky riders) + 0:08 4. Pedro Rico (escartinos) + 0:13 6. Hermann Schwarz + 0:18 The...

Dauphiné 17h

This month it is time for the classic hard stage race in France. We have decided to bring a team totally focused on Hermann Schwarz (so no chance for another stage win for Stokes). The target is simple: We want the overall victory or at least a podium. The lineup for the race is as always strong wit...

Re: Bonus training for young riders

I think this is bad for the game balance. The strength of the team would depend more on the number of races and the time you are riding as the strength of the fields is very different at different times of the day. I fear it will let some teams focus on their young riders instead of their genuine le...

Re: California 9h

The tour proved more difficult for us than expected. We took the risk to ride for stages and overall with a team with low reg. So far the risk did not pay off. We managed with some difficulties to keep in contention for the overall, but the it proved impossible so far to create a sprint for George. ...

Re: California 9h

After some thoughts about the right time we decided to ride in the morning. We bring a strong and expensive team for our 2 leaders 1 Hermann Schwarz - our man for the overall 2 George Stokes - he should have some chances for a sprint 3 Hermann Minkowski - the young-star is prepared to work for the l...

Re: April 2012

Personally I would keep the profile as close as possible to reality. It is unfortunate that our classics riders and climbers differ so much from real life riders (no impact of the length of climb, huge flat differences), but this is no reason to chance profiles. If there is a climb at the end and in...

Re: Top teams only at high category races

I ignored the problem so far, because I expected the number of top teams in such tours to be low. But the fields at Sarthe are really strong, as Vasco is a very different tour with no chances for sprinters. But in my opinion forbidding to participate is the wrong solution. We could instead reduce th...

Re: Jugendtransfermarkt-Revolution [1-4]
