Isn't it possible to create S-Intermediates on -X km?

Because on Romandie the official S are always like 4 km earlier - while/at the end of downhill-parts.
And on the stages at forum it's always after some flat km, almost on +X.

I'm newbie, just curious about it

WIrd der Transfermarkt nun irgendwie mal überarbeitet? Ich suche schon seit 2!! Monaten nach einem Klassiker und habe bis jetzt gerade einmal 4 Fahrer gefunden, die ich es wert fande sie zu kaufen... alle 4 wurden aber für mind. 125% verkauft... in div 6-7 sind fast bei jeder auffüllung 3-5 solcher ...
