Re: Insult by AGF (14h Alexandrette - Antioche)

I don't get it. What exactly is the insult? Isn't that all the usual chit chat during a race?

"Slipstream" in sprints

In today's 10h race, I had a revelation. It seems that riders who chase a backwheel but who are not directly at that wheel, may also save energy due to "slipstream". At least this seems to be the case with the sprint algorithm. So, either I missed that completely, or it is something that doesn't hap...

Re: RSF Classics for the offseason calender

The FL preview as he always repeats himself is just a general overview, idea, inspirational, a starter to the discussion. Sometimes the Donkey put in the wrong category (Dolisie P...

A few small changes vs. off-season calendar preview, so I owe FL some explanations.
As the off season calendar is only a suggestion / inspiration, no need to get dramatic ;)

How recent can the races we suggest be? Like from last month or so is fine?
I havent thought about that because that seemed to be obvious to me, that riding the same race twice in the same year/cycle seems a bit odd. Then again, nominate it if you like it. No "rule" against it ;)

Re: Suggestion for the offseason calendar

Looks alright to me. Lengths of the small tours are just to get a general idea and not set in stone, right? I would like one tour that's 6 or 7 days and not almost all of them at 5 days to have a bit more variety. A 3 day tour would also be good. It just looks a bit boring to have almost every tour...

Re: RSF Classics for the offseason calender

Same procedure as every year. We need to select homebrew C4F classic races for the offseason calendar. Criteria for suggestions: - The race has to be a fantasy one day race designed by a C4F player - The race has to be ridden at least once before. You can also suggest races that have already been C4...

The problem here is, that in reality, teams in the peloton can react instantly. In the game, a group may be 30 secs gone when you're able to react.

Re: Are the Fairplay Rules to complicates?

I think the rules are not that hard to understand if you do a little effort and read them properly. The rest ist logic. Anyway, I also like the idea of abolishing exceptions about number of teams and riders like lenny proposed, maybe even the 4% exception. These situations happen not that often anyw...
